About the job

The potential candidate will be responsible for selling into new prospects and farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.

Main responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, your knowledge of customer needs and Ideal Electronics solutions
  • Design Security Solutions tailored for each customer with the focus on Customer Experience and Satisfaction
  • Recommend appropriate solutions and services using Consultancy and Value Sales methodology; understand customer’s challenges, design and implement solution; win sales orders to meet sales targets
  • Contribute to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team
  • Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, use CRM (we use Entersoft), support collection and project management activities
  • Monitor customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience, plus a proven track on Sales in a B2B environment. Preferred experience in the IT industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to creatively describe and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek & English language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, innovative approach, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player. Ability to influence people, including C-level.
  • Demonstrated advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience.
